What does an accident cost? How about the whole refinery!

Hazardex reported that the explosion at the Philidelphia Energy Solutions Refinery will result in the closure of the entire refinery.

Mark J. Smith, CEO released a statement that said:

“Today, Philadelphia Energy Solutions made the difficult decision to commence shutdown of the refining complex.”

Now that’s an expensive accident.
