“Best Thing” About Being Bought
A Fortune 500 Company bought another large company. The acquired company had to implement TapRooT® RCA because that’s what the acquiring company used for their root cause analysis.
Recently (about a year after the merger was completed), I was talking to the Director of Safety for the acquired company, and he said the merger had been pretty rough because the two company cultures had been so different. Then, he thanked me for how much TapRooT® was helping them improve safety. He said:
“The best thing about being bought by ******** is TapRooT®.”
It’s a great feeling to be the best thing.
