What is a SnapCharT®? If you are not TapRooT® trained, you may be curious. A SnapCharT® is a timeline, a planning tool, and a central repository for all evidence collection. It is one of the dynamic tools incident investigators use to conduct a TapRooT® Investigation.
To build a better SnapCharT®, you need to:
- get better at investigative interviews – know what to listen for
- think outside of the box when collecting information about workers not following procedures and policies
- look beyond human error
- conduct a “go-see”
- stop with the “this is a training issue” mentality!
