Changing Minds – Challenges I Faced Implementing Equifactor®
When you are a user of TapRooT® RCA you most likely came across Equifactor®. While Incident RCA is usually something that immediately draws EHS people’s attention, getting Engineering and/or Quality to give up what they used for ages and into using Equifactor® is a different story. In this session, Broder will discuss the challenges he faced, but also the opportunities that arise when faced with the challenge of implementing a new methodology.
