Safety Leadership to Foster Human Peformance Improvement – 2025 Summit Session

The vision for this session is to create ownership and commitment to an IF (Incident-Free) Only work environment. IF Only identifies and uses the attributes of a strong leader, regardless of the “leader’s” position in the organization.

This session will look at 24 Common Points in Leaders that guide them to improve human performance and maintain an incident and injury-free workplace. As defined by Dwight Eisenhower, leaders exhibit “the art of getting someone to do something that you want done because they want to do it.” A leader can take others off a cliff or to the moon. Some are natural-born leaders. Others hone their skills by looking for ways to improve their performance while helping others do the same. This session is intended to be a combination of discussion, knowledge sharing, and interactive exercises.
