Al Hayes – Hero of Flight UA232 – Dies at 87

You may have seen Al speak at the Global TapRooT® Summit (he did it twice) about the crask of United DC-10, Flight UA232. Here is the NTSB report:

He was a great speaker about teamwork in the cockpit and never liked to be called a hero because of all the factors and teamwork that allowed 184 passengers and crew to escape certain death.

We will miss him.
