Friday Joke: What do you see, man or dog?

Let us know what you see — a man or a dog.

Whether you see a man or a dog . . . what do you think that says about how you look at things?

Dog or man . . . we often see what we choose to see, don’t you think? Whether it’s an optical illusion or the “real thing,” we make choices that can shape what happens in our world.

  • Answer the phone, or don’t answer that number you don’t recognize?
  • Attend a meeting that leads to further training and self-improvement, or turn away what could be a real opportunity for bettering yourself, your life, your company?
  • Make a bullet-point list for your weekly meetings, or simply interact as little as possible?
  • Brainstorm for, say, 20 minutes a week to problem-solve something that has been a sticking point in your company, get innovative suggestions down on “paper,” or plan to broach a new way to get your message out — or do nothing because nothing ever really changes?

What do you see when you look at how you spend your time, and make your decisions?
