A Course Designed By Experts
Mark Paradies and Alex Paradies designed this course based on human factors principles that should be applied in any human error prevention or human performance improvement program.
The course is based on Mark Paradies’ human factors training at the University of Illinois, his experience designing and implementing human performance tools at a major chemical company, and his certification as a Certified Professional Ergonomist (the 85th person so certified worldwide), and Alex Paradies’ human factors training at the University of Michigan and his experience implementing Lean techniques at a major manufacturing company.
Their training and background helped them create a course that really digs into the tools and knowledge you need to develop your own custom program to improve human performance and, perhaps, totally stop some types of human errors.
Stopping Human Error
We named the course “Stopping Human Error.” We knew this would be a controversial name, especially with so many “experts” claiming that human error was inevitable. However, we know that some common human errors can be prevented, while others may be significantly reduced, and still others may happen but without the catastrophic consequences of a major accident.
We know this course will help you see human error in a new light while providing the tools you need to make improvements. To view the course outline, CLICK HERE.
