TapRooT® Around the World: Onsite at Tullow Oil, Nairobi, Kenya
Today, we’re visiting some very engaged students from the recent 5-Day TapRooT® Advanced Root Cause Analysis Training course, held onsite at Tullow Oil in Nairobi, Kenya, taught by TapRooT® Instructor Sanjay Gandhi.
The 5-Day training course teaches how to investigate precursor incidents and major incidents (serious injuries, fatalities, major facility upsets, fires and explosions, or significant environmental releases). Additionally, the 5-Day course covers advanced interviewing, information collection techniques, and techniques to improve human performance. Frequent exercises using the TapRooT® Software ensure that attendees leave with significant practice of the skills they will apply when they get back to work.
