The 2021 Global TapRooT® Summit Was a Resounding Success!

attendees say

In planning for the success of 2021, we tailored every facet of the Global TapRooT® Summit to our attendees.

Attendees underscored that the 2021 Summit was a huge success by implementing what they learned.

Here are a few actions we at System Improvements (SI) took to ensure success for the TapRooT® Summit to provide the training and tools attendees needed:

  • Wicked-good Keynote Speakers with relevant topics;
  • Pre-Summit courses immediately applicable for attendees’ companies/work;
  • Networking during breaks;
  • Best practices presentations;
  • Breakout sessions that got people thinking/involved;
  • Sent attendees home with a plan — a Roadmap to Success.

Attendees were enthusiastic in participating in track sessions, keynote speeches, networking breaks, and Pre-Summit courses

Summit participants shared Summit-related takeaways, work challenges, notes/observations from Pre-Summit courses, and took advantage of the opportunities provided for them to become better acquainted.

Attendees enjoyed spending time with speakers, TapRooT® professionals, and each other.

Speakers: were dynamic, brought takeaways that had pens/paper and keyboards in use. Not a sleepy eye in any of the rooms.

We chose experienced folks with the “right stuff” to lead the process, such as energetic TapRooT® seasoned professionals Anne Paradies Roberts and Allison Diggs

Local attendees were hands-on suggesting walkable foodie highlights and helping people connect for a dinner meetup.

The use of Whova created a remarkably facilitative “community” for all attendees. “Community” stayed “hot” throughout the Summit.

For the “Unexpecteds”: SI staff was prepared, positive, nimble, able to roll with any punches that occurred. Yeehaw!

The results are in!
