Anne Paradies Roberts began at System Improvements as the TapRooT® Marketing & Communications Specialist. She is now Marketing Director for TapRooT® Root Cause Analysis. Anne is passionate about keeping up with what’s new, what’s working, and how System Improvements Inc. can best help TapRooT® RCA clients and users. She is also a terrific problem-solver.
Talented in digital marketing, Anne specializes in SEO, email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, advertising, trade shows, analytics, & content generation. She provides high-level support to CEO Mark Paradies, & integrates the work of marketing with the TapRooT® sales staff. As marketing director, Anne oversees many aspects of System Improvements — planning/implementation of the Global TapRooT® Summit, marketing, PR, branding, sales support, content writing, trade shows, digital design, & much more.
Anne says, “My job at TapRooT® allows me to do a variety of things with the help of tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot, Google AdWords, InDesign, Photoshop, & much more. For fun, Anne enjoys being creative & working with her hands. She and her husband own a small business and they love expressing creativity through woodworking. If we peeked in on Anne during her spare time, we would find her spending it with family on the lake & “imagineering” new designs to build in the wood shop. A native to Knoxville, Tennessee, Anne’s mantra “is work hard, have fun, and no drama.”
We cannot speak about Anne without giving credit to her for providing us with the “office dog, Daisy.” Just as her owner, Daisy brings the sunshine and keeps us on our toes!
