What is a bad accident?
People have heard me say that you know it was a bad accident when the corporate board hears about it.
It is even worse when they want a presentation about it.
It is even worse when the CEO or the Chairman are called to testify in front of Congress.
What’s worse? When the board is contacted by the police and they are told that the CEO should be “removed.”
